We welcome experienced licensed professionals as well as apprentices developing their careers.Active and valid plumbing or apprentice license, where required for the roleRecorded apprentice hours with Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I), where applicablePlumbing, installation, mechanical, or related trade experience appropriate to the positionMechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skillsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAbility to work independently and manage responsibilities effectivelyPositive, adaptable, and professional attitudeStrong customer service, communication, and listening skillsComfort using technology required for field workAbility to build trust with customers and recommend solutions that meet their plumbing needsWillingness to complete a background check and drug screeningPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsWork is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures, snow, and other inclement weather. The role may require working at heights, on ladders, on rooftops, and in confined spaces.
