Process Engineer

Process Engineer – Renewable Fuels Our client, an established engineering and technology company in the renewable fuels industry, is adding Process Engineers to its growing team. You’ll design and improve processes that help biorefineries run more efficiently, cut energy use, and get more out of every bushel.

3–10 years of process engineering experience. Biofuels, ethanol, or other process industries like refining, chemicals, or food and ag processing are all a plus. Hands-on experience with PFD and P&ID development, equipment specification, and plant optimization Familiarity with AutoCAD and process simulation software such as Aspen or ChemCAD Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently after training Willingness to travel to plant sites about 20% of the time, with a valid driver’s license Why This Role A competitive salary of $100,000–$145,000 depending on experience, plus annual profit sharing Relocation assistance available Variety across greenfield design, retrofits, and plant optimization A collaborative, high-trust engineering team where your designs make a measurable difference
