Head of State & Local Tax & Incentives Strategy

TeraWulf is seeking a Director/VP of State & Local Tax & Incentives to lead tax strategy across its campuses. The role focuses on property, sales and use tax, and incentives, coordinating with Development, Legal, and External Affairs to integrate tax considerations from site selection onward. The candidate will manage complex tax matters related to multi-billion-dollar investments in data centers and energy assets, ensuring effective risk management and policy compliance.
