Convenience Store Shift Supervisor

Sheetz is seeking a Lead Team Member to guide store teams in delivering fast, friendly service in our 24/7 retail and food service environment. In this role, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, at the register, and in the kitchen, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming experience. You’ll support shift operations, including cash handling, inventory checks, food safety, and opening/closing procedures, while coaching and training team members. Lead and coach store team members during shifts to deliver friendly, efficient service Ensure outstanding customer experiences at the register, food service, and sales floor Oversee cash handling, inventory, and store opening/closing procedures Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Support daily sales goals and promotional programs Communicate clearly with management on store performance and needs Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company policies Model Sheetz values of respect, fun, and community involvement Customer service Cash handling and POS systems Retail operations Food safety and sanitation Inventory management Team leadership and supervision Scheduling and shift coordination Conflict resolution Health and safety compliance Basic computer skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Food safety certification preferred (e.g., ServSafe) Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus Leadership or supervisory training in retail or food service preferred
