Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Insurance Agent. The Licensed Insurance Agent will assist clients in identifying and acquiring appropriate insurance solutions, including selling policies and providing advice that meets client needs. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, facilitating claims, delivering exceptional service, and staying up to date with industry trends. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to optimize service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance BrokerageStrong knowledge of Insurance products and general Finance principlesProven Customer Service skills and a client-focused approachAbility to effectively communicate complex information clearly and accuratelyLicensed Insurance Agent with relevant certificationsProficiency with relevant software tools and CRM systemsDemonstrated ability to solve problems and tailor solutions to client needsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
