Assistant Facilities Manager

Support the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of critical facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Coordinate maintenance work, monitor system performance, maintain compliance records, manage budgets, and contribute to energy-efficiency initiatives. Support daily operations of critical infrastructure facilities and system reliability. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and routine and emergency procedures. Monitor HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems and coordinate corrective actions. Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work. Assist with facility operations budgets and maintain accurate maintenance and safety records. Conduct inspections and audits and support regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives.
