About the role

The Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead people-side change activities for County transformation, technology, process, and organizational initiatives. The role will assess impacts and readiness, engage stakeholders, and deliver communications, training, and adoption strategies that produce sustained results. Key Deliverables: Develop integrated change management strategies and plans. Conduct stakeholder, impact, readiness, and resistance assessments. Create sponsor, communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement plans. Facilitate leadership alignment and change champion networks. Coordinate change activities with project plans, risks, decisions, and milestones. Develop targeted messages and materials for affected audiences. Track adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and benefit-realization measures. Coach leaders and teams through transition and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.7+ years of organizational change management or transformation consulting experience. Experience supporting enterprise technology, process, or organizational change. Strong facilitation, communications, stakeholder management, and coaching skills. Ability to work with all organizational levels using discretion and diplomacy.
Desired/ Preferred Skills and Experience: Prosci, CCMP, or comparable change management certification. Government or public-sector transformation experience. Experience with ERP, EAM, digital modernization, or workforce initiatives.
