Your Impact:
As Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic oversight for all nursing services throughout the hospital. You will:
Lead nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance
Develop, mentor, and support nursing leaders and frontline staff
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, and regulatory standards
Drive workforce planning, staffing effectiveness, and nursing resource management
Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Monitor quality indicators and champion performance improvement initiatives
Support employee engagement, retention, and leadership development
Influence organizational planning, decision-making, and long‑term growth strategies
Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, safety, and patient-centered care

Qualifications:
Active RN License (MO or eligible for reciprocity).
Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).
Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (required).
Strategic & Operational Expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
BSN required; MSN or mental health nursing preferred.
6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
3+ years progressive nursing management.
2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry.
