Manufacturing Engineer

Job Requirements: Influences key associates to promote participation and cooperation in process development/improvement initiatives. Ensures conformance with and application of policies and procedures. Specifies, deploys and validates new manufacturing processes and techniques. Creates new engineered to order parts and coordinates with customer service. Responsible for smooth product production/constant production flow. Responsible for product qualification processes. Conducts product and process FMEA analysis. Create, document and implement procedures for assembling, testing and packaging processes. Re-engineers operations and manufacturing processes. Specifies, installs and debugs tooling and new capital equipment. Specifies, evaluates and implements automated systems for inspection, manufacturing and data acquisition. Responsible for continuous improvement activities. Develops training systems and support documentation for associates. Collaborates with new product development engineers manufacturing strategies for new parts. Other duties as assigned. Job Details
