Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, ductwork, etc.)Perform site inspections, load calculations, and system testingConnect refrigerant lines, wiring, and ventilation systemsDiagnose issues and recommend repairs or replacementsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and HVAC codesCollaborate with the team to complete projects on timeProvide professional, responsive customer serviceAccurately document work performed and materials usedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systems/componentsGreat communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportation
