Wilbur Smith Agency is hiring remote sales agents to help families find the right life insurance coverage. No experience needed — we train you from the ground up and walk you through getting licensed if you aren't already. This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours and strong support from experienced agents.
What You'll Do:
Speak with clients who requested information (no cold calling)Help them choose the right life insurance coverage Run calls via phone Follow a simple, proven sales process What You Get: Step-by-step guidance through the licensing process, start to finish Pre-qualified leads available Daily coaching and mentorship Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time)Opportunity to grow into leadership or agency ownership
Compensation:
This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. Income is based on the number of clients you help each week.
Requirements:
