Head of Hardware Product Development & Innovation

Sans is seeking a Director of Hardware Product Development to own the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. You will lead hardware strategy and execution, coordinating with factory partners and external engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable devices. You will translate product goals into actionable development plans, maintain schedules, and drive decision-making across ODMs, OEMs, and internal teams.
