Pharmacist

About the Role: As one of our Staff Pharmacist, you'll be the clinical backbone of our team — ensuring every compound we dispense is safe, effective, and tailored to the individual patient.

Responsibilities: Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to all legal, safety, and regulatory standards Counsel patients on longevity and metabolic health therapy, dosing, side effect management, and adherence Collaborate with prescribers to support individualized treatment plans Maintain USP 795/797 compliance and assist with quality assurance protocols Support and mentor pharmacy technicians on pharmacy procedures Stay current on clinical literature and evolving compounding guidelines

Qualifications: PharmD / RPhEducation: Doctorate (Required)License/Certification: Licensed Pharmacist (Required)Ability to Commute: Tampa, FL 33647 (Required)

Required Skills: Active, unrestricted state pharmacist license Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines Strong attention to detail and a patient-first mindset Excellent communication and collaborative work ethic

Preferred Skills: Experience in compounding pharmacy environment preferred Familiarity with met weight management protocols or metabolic health is a strong plus Pay range and compensation package
