Event Setup Assistant

Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation and execution of promotional events and customer-focused activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, organizing event areas, and helping create professional and welcoming experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities: Assist with setting up event areas, displays, tables, and promotional materials. Help organize products, signage, and promotional displays. Assist with transporting and arranging event materials as needed. Welcome attendees and provide basic assistance during events. Support product presentations and promotional activities. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Assist with event operations throughout the day. Help restock promotional materials and supplies as needed. Assist with event breakdown and organizing materials after events. Communicate supply or setup needs to team members. Support customer engagement and promotional activities. Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
