Manufacturing Finance Controller | Cost & FP&A Leader

Alliance Resource Group seeks an accomplished finance leader to oversee accounting and FP&A for a $30M manufacturing business. The role partners with operations and leads a small team handling month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, external audits and tax compliance. You will mentor staff, implement inventory controls, manage ERP improvements, and drive budget, forecasting and executive reporting. CPA/MBA preferred with 10–15 years in manufacturing accounting.
