Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience to join our team. This role requires strong assessment skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
Provide patient education and support to families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Qualifications
Required Skills: Telemetry experienceACLS certification
Preferred Skills:
BLS certification
