You enjoy being hands-on, can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks to help keep the office and systems running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support for employees across hardware, software, accounts, and access-related issuesAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup, account provisioning, and equipment managementTroubleshoot basic network, system, printer, conferencing, and office technology issuesCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors on IT-related requests and maintenanceHelp manage inventory of laptops, accessories, and office IT equipmentSupport company tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and related systemsAssist with documenting IT processes, setup guides, and internal proceduresProvide general operational support for office and cross-functional team needs when requiredRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, office IT, or a related field preferredBasic understanding of computer systems, networking, and common SaaS toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and responsiveComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesWillingness to learn new systems and technologiesMust be based within a reasonable commuting distance of our Manhattan office and able to work onsite as neededPlusLocated near or able to commute conveniently to our Midtown Manhattan officeExperience supporting macOS environmentsFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, or MDM toolsPrevious experience supporting office operations or employee onboarding processesInterest in cybersecurity, blockchain, or Web3Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.CertiK is proud to offer medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) plan with company matching, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, HSA (with high deductible plan), FSA, and other benefits to all full-time employees, along with flexible paid time off and holidays.
