About the role

IntroductionAs a Mission Readiness Service Trainer, your role will be to teach, demonstrate, and assess day-to-day tasks for both new and established learners on the Mission Readiness Service team. This is a hands-on role, working with operators, Training Supervisors, Project Managers, and functional managers to ensure learners are proficiently performing standardized operating procedures. Required Skills & QualificationsAt least 3 months as a fully trained individual on the Mission Readiness team1-3 years of experience in the AV spaceKnowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilitiesExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityProven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsFlexible schedule to accommodate training eventsWilling to travel to different locations for training support up to 25% of the timeMust possess and maintain a valid driver's licenseMust pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screenMust comply with the Substance Abuse PolicyPrior work experience at client or in client's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & QualificationsProficiency with Google Workspace collaboration tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and FormsExperience in facilitation of classroom sessions and/or on-the-job training Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProvide dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating proceduresReview daily performance feedback and address any training deficiencies escalated by on-the-job MentorsGrade hands-on assessments and provide feedback to Training Supervisor and team stakeholdersConduct formal audits of operator performanceAssist with training material updates and review new training materialWork with Training Supervisors to identify areas of confusion or discrepancy in the training curriculumFulfill an 8-hour minimum Service or Service Associate requirement per month For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
