Wealth Management Associate

Global Advisers is seeking a Wealth Management Associate in Miami, FL to support client relationships across investment management and comprehensive financial planning. The role combines analytical work, client service, portfolio support, planning coordination, and disciplined follow-through. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct. Support advisors in the day-to-day management of client relationships and service priorities. Prepare portfolio reviews, financial-planning analyses, meeting materials, and implementation follow-up. Assist with retirement, tax-aware, estate, insurance, liquidity, and executive-compensation planning matters. Coordinate account opening, asset transfers, custodian requests, documentation, and client action items. Monitor portfolios and planning work for issues requiring advisor attention and escalated promptly. Contribute to prospect preparation, relationship development, and continuous improvement of client-service processes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Two or more years of relevant wealth management, financial planning, investment, banking, brokerage, or client-service experience preferred. Series 65 required at hire or ability to obtain it within a reasonable period after joining the firm, subject to applicable law and role responsibilities. Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information, competing priorities, and detail-sensitive work with sound judgment.
