Who We Are:
Nota3D is on a mission to transform the manufacturing and medical industries through additive manufacturing and 3D technology. With 35+ years of combined team experience, we've partnered with Fortune 500 companies to push the boundaries of product design and manufacturing. We're just as passionate about our work in healthcare, teaming up with hospitals and physicians to bring 3D printing into medical research and virtual surgical planning. We're young, we're growing fast, and we're looking for people who love bold ideas as much as we do.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to sell wide-format printers, cutters, inks, media, and service contracts to customers across the country. You'll be the face of world-class printing technology for sign and graphics, décor, textile, and packaging businesses, helping them rethink how they print, design, and manufacture. This is a sales-first role: if you know how to build a pipeline and close deals, we'll teach you the technology.
What You'll Do:
- Build and grow relationships across signage, textiles, packaging, and graphics industries nationwide
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, present, demo, and close
- Pursue and manage larger, multi-location and enterprise accounts alongside small and mid-sized shops
- Represent Nota3D at trade shows, events, and customer visits across the U.S.Partner with our technical and service teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- What You Bring1–5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating quota
- Enterprise or large-account sales experience is a big plus, especially navigating long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
- Consultative sales instincts with strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Experience with wide-format printing (solvent/eco-solvent, UV, dye-sub), RIPs, or print workflow is a bonus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
Self-starter energy, a goal-driven mindset, and willingness to travel nationally up to 30% of the time
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
A friendly, team-first attitude
Able to work from our Mount Pleasant, WI office 1 day a week when not traveling
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Hands-on work with cutting-edge printing and 3D technology
- A collaborative, innovative team culture
- Real opportunities for professional growth
- A front-row seat at a young, ambitious company making waves in the industry
