Job Overview:
Support multiple business entities by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities. Ensure financial accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and assist the Controller with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist the Controller with financial reporting.
Process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
Record customer payments and follow up on overdue balances.
Prepare weekly AR aging reports.
Code invoices and maintain accurate accounting records.
Coordinate vendor payments and weekly check runs.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Manufacturing experience preferred; medical devices advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems; IQMS, QuickBooks, or Paylocity preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
