Citrus Production Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day citrus grove operations, including irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease control, and harvesting. Supervise and lead field employees while ensuring productivity and safety. Develop and implement production plans to maximize crop quality and yield. Monitor grove health and recommend improvements based on agronomic best practices. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of farm equipment and machinery. Manage budgets, inventory, and operational records. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications: Proven experience in citrus or agricultural production management. Strong farm management and leadership experience. Knowledge of citrus growing practices, irrigation systems, and crop production. Hands-on experience with agricultural equipment maintenance and repair. Excellent organizational communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
