Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounting, reporting, FP&A, and business control for the region
- Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and processes to support growth
- Develop and mentor a distributed finance team across six countries
- Partner closely with global finance and regional leadership to enable data-driven decisions
- Ideal Profile 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in multinational organizations
- Proven success leading finance teams in multi-entity, multi-country environments
- Manufacturing industry experience with deep understanding of manufacturing operations, costs, and the story behind the numbersERP implementation and process improvement experience
