Lead Registered Professional Land Surveyor

Baird, Hampton & Brown seeks a full-time Registered Professional Land Surveyor to lead the Grapevine office's surveying operations. You will supervise field and office staff, manage projects, prepare scopes of work and budgets, and ensure quality and compliance with Texas laws and ALTA/NSPS standards. You will collaborate with the Fort Worth team, develop client relationships, review surveys for accuracy, and mentor junior staff while maintaining schedules and budgets.
