Dynatrace Observability Lead

Key responsibilities: Guide delivery quality across the Dynatrace practice and mentor recently certified consultants Lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements, including maturity assessments and product selection Shape practice direction by developing service offerings, delivery methodologies, and team capabilities Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience in production enterprise environments 10+ years of experience in the observability landscape, including APM and infrastructure monitoring Demonstrated success in delivering strategy engagements and producing executive-quality deliverables Experience leading or mentoring teams in a consulting or professional services environment Strong client presence and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership
