Account Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing: You'll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to support active construction projects by: Coordinating project information and documentation Communicating with customers, contractors, and internal teams Preparing estimates, change orders, and purchase orders Tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records Assisting with billing-related documentation Helping ensure customers receive outstanding service throughout their project This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships.
