Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Applications

Overview In this role you orchestrate AI-powered agents to design and ship production-grade applications. You own the architecture, IaC, and CI/CD for cloud-native systems on GCP, while integrating enterprise SaaS and automating repetitive work. You set the bar for AI-driven development and build guardrails that boost developer productivity. You operate in a large, constraint-rich enterprise and shape scalable solutions with hands-on technical leadership. Compensation / Benefits Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage Flexible family care days and parental leave Tuition assistance Vehicle discount program for employees Paid time off and holidays Paid time off for community service Responsibilities Orchestrate AI agents to build AI-powered applications and agentic workflows (RAG pipelines, LLM integrations)Design, ship, and productionize AI use cases and integrations Ship cloud-native systems on GCP, including architecture, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines Build integration layers across enterprise SaaS platforms, handling messy APIs and legacy constraints Automate repetitive tasks by coding or directing agents to remove manual work Create tools, workflows, and guardrails to improve developer productivity Key requirements 2+ years building and deploying full-stack applications in production 2+ years on cloud-native platforms (GCP preferred)Demonstrable experience building AI agents or AI-powered applications Proficiency in Python; Java Script/Type Script experienceBS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field Experience with APIs and microservices, RESTful design Familiarity with CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Cloud Build)Experience with AI engineering concepts (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, RAG)Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking High agency and bias for action Strong problem-solving and systems thinking Clear communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams Python (production systems)Java Script/Type Script (React, Node.js)AI engineering (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, RAG)
