Senior Division Order Analyst Dunamis Energy is seeking a full-time Senior Division Order Analyst for its downtown Denver location. The Senior Division Order Analyst is an individual contributor within the Land department, responsible for owning and executing the Division Order and ownership administration functions across the asset lifecycle. This role serves as the company's primary resource for division orders, ownership and revenue deck administration, JIB deck maintenance, DOI analysis, suspense resolution, title implementation, and ownership data integrity. The ideal candidate is an experienced Division Order professional with strong expertise in upstream oil and gas ownership administration, title analysis, and complex ownership matters. This position requires the ability to independently analyze and resolve ownership issues while collaborating effectively with Land, Accounting & Finance, Operations, and third-party stakeholders. Experience working with Rocky Mountain assets, including Colorado, is required. Key responsibilities include owning and administering Division Orders, performing revenue-related ownership administration, reviewing title opinions, assessing business risk, maintaining ownership information, supporting due diligence, managing suspense, communicating with stakeholders, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, establishing procedures, and collaborating with various teams. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 7+ years of oil and gas Division Order and ownership administration experience, expertise in Division Orders, strong knowledge of oil and gas leases and title documents, experience researching and resolving complex ownership matters, proficiency with land management systems, experience with Colorado oil and gas assets, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Success in this role requires independent ownership of the Division Order and ownership administration function, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage complex ownership, title, suspense, and revenue-related matters. The Senior Division Order Analyst is a trusted partner who supports operational excellence through accurate ownership data, sound ownership administration, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000. Actual individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other organizational needs.
