Product Designer

Overview In this AI-enabled Product Designer role, you will craft user-centric experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization products. You’ll blend UX design, product strategy, and AI prototyping to deliver scalable solutions that drive customer value and business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives with minimal supervision, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering leadership. This is a chance to shape design systems, elevate cross-functional collaboration, and push AI-driven design practices across a complex product portfolio. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive compensation Total Rewardshybrid work modelon-site options (DFW Las Colinas) with some travelpotential annual bonus or long-term incentives Responsibilities Lead end-to-end AI-enabled product design from discovery to launch across web, mobile, and other channels Translate user needs into intuitive workflows and scalable designs aligned with strategy Decompose complex requirements into actionable, scalable product designs tied to product goals Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and synthesize insights into recommendations Validate concepts via usability testing and define success metrics for product decisions Define cross-portfolio design systems for consistency, accessibility, and patterns Create AI-driven, reusable design frameworks and patterns to improve UX quality Leverage Figma AI and other tools to augment design efficiency and delivery Partner with product, data, customer success, and other teams to translate initiatives into human-centered designs Contribute to prioritization of features across roadmaps and workflows Key requirements 4+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS, digital experiences Experience delivering end-to-end design for complex technical portfolios in enterprise/SaaS contexts Proficiency in Figma, including AI-enabled prototyping, design systems architecture, governance, libraries, and tokens Expertise in AI-enabled product design, including human-AI interaction patterns, rapid prototyping, UX research augmentation, and responsible AI principles Ability to craft scalable design frameworks and enforce consistency while allowing product-specific customization Strong cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management experience Excellent communication, storytelling, and ability to translate technical insights into executive narratives Experience creating and operationalizing AI-enabled design workflows, agents, and automationcross-functional collaborationstakeholder managementstrong communication and storytelling Figma AIdesign systems architectureAI-enabled prototyping
