Commercial Counsel, Data Privacy & Tech Contracts

Mobility Global is seeking a commercial counsel to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including data subscriptions, licensing, SaaS, and MSAs. You will advise on data privacy, DPAs, and marketing compliance while supporting cross-functional initiatives and ongoing process improvements. The role involves partnering with Legal and Compliance to balance risk with business objectives and to lead strategic projects for the Legal team.
