Brightway Insurance is hiring a Full-Time Personal Lines Agent in Youngsville, LA.Brightway Insurance is one of the largest privately owned property and casualty insurance distribution companies in the United States, operating more than 350 agencies across 38 states. Our structure provides agents with multi-carrier access, marketing resources, and back-office support so they can prioritize sales growth and relationship building. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships in the community and delivering customized personal insurance solutions. Our model is built to let you focus on production and client acquisition, while centralized teams support service, carrier access, and operational functions behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities Provide consultative guidance on Personal Lines coverage options Develop tailored insurance programs that align with client needs Maintain strong follow-up practices to drive retention and cross-selling Consistently meet or exceed performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Producer License, required At least 2 years of insurance sales experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse clients Self-motivated professional with a results-driven mindset Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment If you’re a licensed P&C professional who is ready to expand your impact in the community, we’d love to connect!
