About the role

Position: SRE Lead – Java Applications

Experience: 15+ Years

Location

NJKey Responsibilities: Lead reliability, availability, and performance of critical Java-based applications. Drive incident management, RCA, and production support activities. Implement monitoring, observability, and automation solutions. Partner with development teams to improve application stability and resiliency. Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, and operational metrics.

Required Skills: Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Hands-on experience in SRE, Production Support, or Application Support. Expertise in AWS, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and Docker. Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools. Scripting and automation using Python or Shell. Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise production environments.
