Senior Oracle Solution Architect

What You Will Be Doing: Lead functional and technical solution design across MFCS, IMCS, and RESA. Understand and design end-to-end retail processes covering merchandising, procurement, invoice matching, store operations, sales, inventory, and financial integration. Lead requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, solution design, and architecture decisions. Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Retail and ERP and financial systems. Define and review APIs, batch/file interfaces, data flows, integrations, and technical specifications. Ensure solutions leverage standard Oracle Retail capabilities while minimizing customization. Lead functional and technical teams, conduct design reviews, resolve cross-system issues, and manage dependencies. Support SIT/UAT, deployment, cutover, and production support. Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, integration teams, and enterprise architecture. Mentor team members and ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and integration standards.
