Production Support / App Support AnalystTypically requires 2+ years of relevant experience (Production Support/Application Support) working in a technical environment and solving technical issues related to applications, servers, database connectivity, etc. Ability to demonstrate solid knowledge in at least one programming language and/or scripting language through work or educational background (Python, PowerShell, Unix shell, etc.) + ability to write basic SQL statements; solid knowledge of SFTP (secure file transfer protocol).
