Remote Aftermarket Growth Leader for Refrigeration

Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) designs and builds commercial refrigeration equipment under Norlake and Master-Bilt brands. Our Aftermarket business is rapidly growing, and this role owns day-to-day execution and growth across parts, commissioning, refurbishment, and preventive maintenance. This is a hands-on, player-coach role; you’ll run the work today and build the team that carries it as we scale. Success is measured by growth, margin, speed, and customer care.
