Location: Salisbury, NCMarathon Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Salisbury, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with overtime available.

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–1:00am (No Sundays)

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (with potential increases based on experience)

What you’ll do: Follow the assigned schedule to meet production demands Set up CNC machinery according to established specifications Load and unload materials Adjust equipment to maintain quality standards Clean the production area and assigned equipment Notify a supervisor of any problems or concerns Complete assigned tasks and projects Support safety compliance and report safety issues Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned

What you bring: MUST have CNC machine operator experience Ability to work safely and follow instructions Comfort using and operating hand tools Strong attention to detail and awareness of your surroundings Ability to identify safety issues and equipment malfunctions Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for this role.
