We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and has experience in sales, distribution, or the low-voltage / electrical / telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations at the sales counter
- Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and quote requests
- Generate and follow up on sales quotes to close business
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Prior inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in electrical, low-voltage, security, or telecom products is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and order entry systems
