Significance Inc. is seeking an Project Analyst/DTS Specialist to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be onsite at COMNAVSURFPAC Travel Office, Code N00F2D, 3085 Dolphin Alley, Bldg. 265, Naval Base San Diego, and requires an active Secret Clearance.Position OverviewThe Project Analyst/DTS Specialist will perform Lead Analyst functions in support of the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) Travel Program.The Lead Analyst shall be responsible for the performance of the work and shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract.The Lead Analyst shall be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons, as well as provide basic after-hours travel support for bona fide emergency requirements.Required Skills: Education:Bachelor's Degree : Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Management Information SystemsExperience:Minimum three (3) years' experience in travel management, data analysis, or a similar role are beneficial.Must Have:Strong analytical skillsProblem-solving abilitiesProficiency in data analysis tools such as ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skillsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the travel industry and market trends is a plusActive Secret Clearance At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
