Work Environment: You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in vibrant Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities: As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist with Tri-County Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with physician referrals. Implementing therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to promote recovery and enhance mobility. Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes. Educating patients and their families on treatment objectives, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies. Maintaining detailed and accurate patient documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies. Ensuring high-quality customer service and building strong relationships with patients to facilitate their engagement in the rehabilitation process. Meeting minimum utilization goals and participating actively in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic performance. Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population consists of a diverse range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups, from pediatric to geriatric patients, allowing you to employ a broad spectrum of skills and techniques tailored to each individual. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program. Active State License in Physical Therapy. Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in word processing and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience: While not mandatory, candidates with the following backgrounds will be preferred: Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, particularly in rehabilitation and sports medicine. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients, contributing to improved patient satisfaction and outcomes. Previous engagement in community outreach programs or involvement in health education will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits: Joining the Tri-County Physical Therapy team offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
