Warehouse Associate with SAP Business one Knowledge

Role Description: The Warehouse Associate with SAP Business One Knowledge is a full-time, on-site role based in Konawa Oklahoma. This role is responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing incoming shipments, accurately documenting inventory in SAP Business One, and organizing materials within the warehouse. Daily tasks include picking and packing orders, preparing products for international shipping, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. The Warehouse Associate will operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, follow company procedures for inventory control, and coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. The role also involves troubleshooting inventory discrepancies in SAP Business One and supporting continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Qualifications: Experience with Shipping & Receiving operations, including documenting inbound and outbound materials. Proficiency in Packing orders securely and accurately for domestic and international shipments. Skills in Unloading deliveries and staging materials safely and efficiently. Ability to operate Forklift and Pallet Jack in accordance with safety and company guidelines. Hands-on experience using SAP Business One or similar ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfort with physical work, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods, within safety standards. Previous warehouse or logistics experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in warehouse operations is beneficial. Commitment to safety, teamwork, reliability, and continuous process improvement.
