Behavior Health Technician / BHT - ABA Clinic

Location: CCIU, West Chester Early Discovery Center, 540 E. Union Street, West Chester, PA 19382 Flexibility for sub coverage to other locations of Clinic - Coatesville and Downingtown

Schedule: Approximately 8am - 4pm Monday- Thursday (7.5 paid hours per day) based on student enrollment (may consider consistent 2-3 days/week of availability) Friday hours for client services in the home or community setting may be available OR work at the CCIU Child & Career Development Center in Great Valley or Coatesville on Fridays, 8am - 3pm, for a full week schedulePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement instructional and behavioral strategies outlined in their Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive skills through structured and naturalistic teaching methods. Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Analyst / BCBA.Collect real-time data on target behaviors and skill acquisition using digital tools and software.
