Concrete Skilled Labor

Responsibilities: Assist with concrete pours, placement, spreading, leveling, and finishing. Prepare work areas, forms, subgrades, and existing surfaces before concrete placement. Perform concrete repair and remediation work as needed. Remove damaged, cracked, or deteriorated concrete. Patch cracks, holes, joints, and surface defects. Use hand tools and power tools to cut, grind, chip, and prepare concrete. Build and set forms for sidewalks, pads, curbs, slabs, and other concrete features. Install rebar, dowels, wire mesh, and reinforcement materials. Perform broom, smooth, trowel, edge, and float finishes. Check concrete for proper level, thickness, alignment, and surface consistency. Operate concrete saws, grinders, jackhammers, chipping hammers, mixers, and finishing tools. Clean tools, equipment, and work areas after each pour. Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite. Perform additional skilled labor duties as assigned.
