Manufacturing Controller

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000/year, DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAbout the Opportunity This is a chance to get in early with a company on a strong growth trajectory — and to be part of building something that could become much bigger. Key Responsibilities: Own P&L management and financial reporting Develop and maintain rolling forecasts Lead budgeting processes Oversee cash management Manage inventory tracking and controls Partner closely with the sales team to support business decisions Support financial aspects of government contracts Qualifications 7–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) strongly preferred Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors preferred (chemicals, oil and gas, or mining a plus)Strong communication skills and willingness to interact directly with customers Comfortable in a growing, evolving company environment Willingness to travel occasionally
