Project Executive – Industrial Construction We are partnered with an established General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their team in the Greater Chicago area as part of a strategic growth initiative within their Industrial business. Industrial is the company’s core market, supported by additional expertise in Medical/Pharmaceutical and Data Center construction. The company already has a strong Industrial platform, experienced teams, and an established client base. Their growth strategy is centered around strategic talent acquisition, bringing in proven industry leaders who can expand the business through the relationships, clients, and opportunities they have developed throughout their careers. They are looking for a Project Executive who can: Provide executive oversight of complex Industrial projects from preconstruction through completion Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams Drive project financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction Maintain and expand relationships with owners, developers, and other key industry stakeholders Bring a strong network of Industrial clients and decision-makers Leverage existing relationships to introduce new clients and opportunities to the company Help expand the company’s Industrial footprint through both project leadership and strategic client development Partner with senior leadership on continued growth of the Industrial business
