Compensation Work Schedule:Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000 – $95,000 Average Hours: ~55 hours per week (more if desired)Pay Frequency: Paid weekly Home Time: o In-State: Weekly home time o Out of State: Bi-weekly home time o Flexibility needed for weather, traffic, and unexpected delays Responsibilities Freight Safely transport open deck freight including machinery, steel plate, steel bar, lumber, and various building materials. Operate diverse open deck trailers including Flatbeds, Stepdecks, Conestogas, Double Drops, Extendables, and Specialty Trailers. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure load safety and compliance.
