About the role

Leading the curriculum development and training delivery for Functional Skills, the full-time Senior Instructor will empower associates across diverse financial services business units with practical knowledge and capabilities, ensuring a high-quality learning experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities: Own the Functional Skills learning domain, including curriculum strategy, design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement Collaborate with business-unit leaders and subject matter experts to define role-specific competencies and training needs Design and deliver engaging training utilizing adult learning principles and real-world scenarios to enhance on-the-job effectiveness
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, education, organizational development, or a related field Relevant professional designation such as CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC, or CLU Experience training in functional skills within at least one financial services field Proven ability to translate complex technical knowledge into impactful training experiences Experience facilitating learning for adult professionals in various settings
