About the role
To support the development of AI-driven features, the full-time remote Agentic Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the re: Members application suite using C#, SQL, and JavaScript while implementing agentic, spec-driven development workflows.
Key responsibilities:
Design and support the re: Members application suite, integrating AI-driven features and systems
Build and advance agentic, spec-driven development workflows, utilizing AI coding assistants for development
Ensure application stability and scalability through monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in building and supporting production software systems as an agentic engineer or senior software developer
Experience with agentic engineering and spec-driven development techniques
Strong understanding of software design, system decomposition, and ER data modeling concepts
Ability to resolve complex issues and document root-cause analysis
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
