Regional Operations Leader - Multi-Unit Hospitality

Convive Brands’ Le Pain Quotidien seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee the brand’s performance across assigned markets, reporting to the SVP of Operations. The role requires travel between DMV and California and can be based in Washington DC or Los Angeles. You will lead General Managers and District Managers, drive unit economics, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with finance, marketing, and supply chain to sustain growth and guest satisfaction.
