Healthcare Staffing Office CNA

Action Health Staffing seeks a CNA – Office Staff to support clinical and administrative functions in our healthcare staffing office. This role combines direct patient-related coordination with office duties such as scheduling, documentation, and communication with caregivers and clients. The CNA helps ensure accurate records, efficient assignment of staff, and timely response to patient and facility needs. Coordinate and update caregiver schedules for home care and facility assignments Assist with intake and updates of patient and client information Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical/administrative records Communicate with CNAs, nurses, clients, and families regarding staffing and care needs Support compliance with agency, state, and HIPAA regulations Assist with onboarding documentation and files for field staff Respond to phone calls and office inquiries in a professional manner Collaborate with office and clinical leadership to resolve staffing issues Support quality assurance by tracking visit completion and required documentation Provide compassionate, customer-focused service to caregivers and clients Scheduling and workforce coordination Electronic health record (EHR) or EMR data entry Medical terminology HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication Basic clinical knowledge relevant to CNA practice Customer service in healthcare settings Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software Telephone and front-office etiquette Record keeping and file management Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in North Carolina Current CPR/BLS certification Clear background check and health screening (TB, immunizations) Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy standards
