Figma etc Job Summary We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX design, UI development, React, Angular, Node.js, Figma, persona creation, and the end-to-end UX lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate user needs and business requirements into scalable, visually appealing, and highly usable applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UX/UI lifecycle, from user research and requirements gathering through design, development, usability testing, and implementation. Create and maintain user personas, user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interaction models. Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma and related design tools. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to define user-centric solutions. Develop responsive and reusable front-end components using React and/or Angular. Work with Node.js for backend integration, APIs, and supporting application functionality. Ensure consistency across design systems, UI components, typography, layouts, and visual patterns. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements. Translate Figma designs and UX specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces. Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, performance, and responsive design standards. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, usability reviews, and stakeholder presentations. Identify UX issues and recommend improvements based on user behavior, analytics, and feedback. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design and Front-End Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with React.js and/or Angular. Strong knowledge of Node.js and REST/API integration. Advanced proficiency in Figma. Strong understanding of the UX lifecycle and design thinking methodologies. Experience with Persona Creation, user journeys, empathy maps, and user stories. Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing. Experience creating responsive and modern web interfaces. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Java Script/Type Script. Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components. Understanding of UX research methodologies and user-centered design. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience with Figma Design Systems and component libraries. Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG.Knowledge of UX analytics and user behavior tools. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams. Knowledge of modern UI frameworks and front-end architecture.
